We want you to love the clothes you purchase from us, that is why we have a 14-day free return policy. You will have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. 

We do our best to be environmentally conscious. We encourage our customers to keep the mailer their item came in and use the resealing feature on it to ship the item back to us.

 

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags attached. 

To make your return, please contact us at info@holenapparel.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. If you wish to switch an item out for a different size, simply return the item and re-purchase the preferable size.

Damages & Issues

  • Check order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can look into the issue and make it right.
  • Holen Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped or returned. 

Non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or price adjustments for sale items. 

Refunds 

  • We will let you know once we’ve received your return, and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75

Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to fulfill your order. We are a small family-owned company and do not fulfill orders on Sundays or holidays.

Once the order is placed and fulfilled, you will receive the tracking information for your package.

Holen Apparel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Once the package is dropped off with the carrier, it is out of our control and the mail carrier is responsible. 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
